Updated Rakefile to generate website from Textile
- Integrated a Rote task to manage the documentation (Need to install rote)
The documentation will be output into a generated 'html' directory
- Updated Rakefile to catch require 'rubygems'
- Added first set of static website documentaiton to be used for Rufus
- Started porting Vamsee Guide to Rufus however seems Rufus has only the
embedded engine so those portions must be modified to work with Rufus
as it is now.
